This tie dye dress has a stretchy top that is figure flattering. It is cotton with a little spandex in the top. The skirt portions has ties underneath that can be used to give a bubble hem effect. Or, you can just tie the ones in front for a hi-lo effect. There is an assortment of sizes from brights to darks. If you prefer one over the other, please add that to the comments.
