This tie dye dress has a stretchy top that is figure flattering. It is cotton with a little spandex in the top. The skirt portions has ties underneath that can be used to give a bubble hem effect. Or, you can just tie the ones in front for a hi-lo effect. There is an assortment of sizes from brights to darks. If you prefer one over the other, please add that to the comments. One size fits up to size 18.  Only available in red tie dye at this time.
